On the 11th of April 2019 I graduated for “Diploma in Operations management” which is under the Faculty of “Business and Management Science” at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. In my perspective, Operations management refers to the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization. It is concerned with converting materials and labour into goods and services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization. Back at lower grades in High school I did serve and participated as a Secretory in an “Interact Club” which is all about self-supporting and self-governing, thus encouraging the development of leadership skills and recognizes and develops constructive leadership and personal integrity. I can state with high confidence that I am a motivated and responsible student with a high degree of integrity, I have the ability to take the initiative to identify problems and device solutions. I do have a role that requires strong communication skills and not only those skills but also the ability to inspire respect and cooperation in teammates and I can be an example and uphold professional and personal accountability.
