I am a Cape Town Hotel School graduate. I got my BTech in 2018. I worked as a Switchboard operator in a 5* hotel for about 6 months, the contract was seasonal. After that, I got a job in a 4* hotel as a receptionist which is referred to as a Guest Services Agent. I am still under their employment however the hotel closed in March 2020 due to covid19 and has not opened since. I do have a lot of Food and Beverage experience and I majored in it actually. I also did an internship at Famous Brands under Mugg & Bean where I gained Barista skills, cook off experiences and a lot of training in this department including the administration side. I am very flexible and a quick learner as well. I love hospitality and want to explore every part of it.
