The Stakeholder and Communication department serves as the custodian of clarity for the organisation. My role in the department involves compiling and distributing internal communication messages across the channels available; compiling and publishing content in the internal publication; assisting with the compilation of the departmental strategies and execution of departmental tasks and activities; as well as event management. Within the stakeholder function, I assist in liaising, coordinating and facilitating engagements between various stakeholders, namely senior and middle management members; community leaders etc. I also assist in compiling the functions quarterly report and organizing CSI initiatives.
