This little description marks two "firsts" for me: 1.) For the first time I will brag publicly about having an IQ North of 146 (I haven't done this before, mainly because I find people who boast about their minor scholastic and intellectual achievements quite pretentious and mildly annoying.) And 2.) I will attempt to monetize what literary prowess I may have to offer online. I can read and write (Duh). Quite well, actually. And I happen to like it. Some might say I'm eloquent in my usage of any vernaculars based on English and Afrikaans (my native language.) I've written countless essays, excelled in public speaking since third grade, been involved in dozens of debates on contemporary issues (ranging from religion, education, environmental concerns, etc.) both locally and internationally, plus I can guess most answers on game shows correctly. Three words sum me up perfectly: adaptive, dynamic, intelligent and attentive. I'm light-hearted by nature, though that's only my default stance that can radically shift to the opposite side of the spectrum in an instant, if the circumstances demand it. I'm a hard worker. I'm goal-orientated. I'm confident that I can find a solution to any problem I encounter. So, if you need a "near-genius" with a secret love for quotation marks and flexible hours to do your kid's homework because you're "too busy" to do it yourself, or to beta-read the next "best-seller" and deliver an honest, objective critique, or perhaps write a speech that is guaranteed to blow your audience away, I'm the guy for you.
