This can used to add significant value in the strategic and practical delivery of professional civil engineering consulting and project management services in my fields of expertise. The areas of expertise I have are in bulk earthworks, parking areas for shopping centers, casinos, external works on building projects, roads, urban infrastructure (water, sewer, stormwater, roads, minor concrete works), housing, from low cost to upmarket, site works for civil structures. I also have individual skills in the following; Quantity Surveying (cost estimates and financial feasibility studies, compilation of applicable items for Bills of Quantities for tenders, measurement of quantities for Bills of Quantities for tenders, confirmation/determination of suitable project rates for cost estimates, cash flow projection, analysis and monitoring, monthly quantity measures and submission of certificates, quantity measurement and/or verification, compilation and submission of claims, evaluation of variations and claims, assistance with the settlement of final accounts), Estimating, Safety in Construction, Project Planning, Contract Administration and Supervision (site supervision, contract progress monitoring, quality monitoring, training.) Combining the above has resulted in my developing experience in project feasibility investigations, project planning, project administration and supervision, as well as project management.
