Training and Development
I always say knowledge is only power when shared. I thrive on educating learners. If I can give them an "ah-ha" moment, I have done something right. Communication is the key, a skill too often forgotten these days. I believe in upskilled learners through their own potential, after all, a skill can only be applied if understood and embraced. I want to get learners excited about learning again. I believe my style of material development stands apart from the norm in that I have adapted to a more, well conversational style, so to speak, keeping them engaged, as one would in a conversation. To add some flavour, I add images; a picture can tell its own story and for some, pictures speak volumes.
