I have been in the administrative field since leaving school. I have experience in the Banking, Motor leasing, Medical and General office Fields. I am a person who can "get on with it" without needing constant supervision. I have dealt with many spectrums of the Administration world, assisting both Senior Managers to CEO, and Financial Directors. I do not appreciate incompetence from others, so strive to be the best that I can be. I have learnt a hard lesson in being loyal, but it has been ingrained in me, so Loyalty is a quality that I cherish. I believe that anyone that works for a company is that company's "face" to the rest of the corporate sector, that personal information is exactly that, personal, that discussing of any inhouse information is not conducive to good business and that at the end of the day, you are there to perform a function so as to allow all the cogs to work together driving the engine that is the company forward. Admit if you can not do something, don't hide it. Pride in your work is important and necessary to be able to give the best of yourself. I have learnt to not sweat the "small stuff" - I am no longer looking for fame and glory. I am looking for a company that can benefit from my knowledge and expertise to better the ones that are go-getters with the experience that I have, so as to allow them to soar to new heights. I am Italian, so at times a bit volatile, but mostly even tempered and well liked by my colleagues and superiors. I can get along with any race and creede provided they are there to pull their weight and do the work they have been employed to do.
