I am currently volunteering as Remote Desktop Technician for Smart Apple Technologies, and I have also worked as an IT Technician Field Support in my previous position for Enabling Solutions. I understand the importance of gaining practical which will complement the textbook knowledge and help a student gain a wider perspective of the IT Industry, that why I do online training at least twice a month to upskill myself. The time that I spent working for Enabling Solutions, I have found that I am decently skilled in the art of persuasion, as my current and previous employers will rightly testify. I’ve had a knack of getting my point across very well, with the skills I possess, understanding the issues at hand and providing them with solutions which will make life simpler. My skills lie in my ability to comprehensively read and understand the situation and act quickly and yet smartly.
