I am a self-motivated student currently studying a bachelor’s degree at the University of South Africa. I have accumulated work experience as an administration assistant, a cashier/ shop assistant and a waitress and volunteered as a librarian. I have excellent customer service as well as good communication skills in person and over the phone. The opportunity to work in these different positions has enabled me to possess skills that I have found helpful in any work environment, in school and generally when working with people- skills such as conflict and stress management, arranging conferences and data capturing, bookkeeping as well as a cashier, for a brief period, to name a few.
