Below is a brief summary of what I have done which gives you insights into who I am. I would bring to your company real life experience in the following areas Of programme management and project delivery I can identify, exploit, take advantage of and fully develop any opportunities in this regard. I have consistently exceeded all goals set for me, and am valued for my hard work, reliability, tenacity and ability to come up with solutions to problems. A good illustration of this is when I was deployed at Standard Bank via All about Expert from September 2010 to March 2017 where I was involved in various roles e.g. Head of Tools PMO, I implemented the tools that improved recoveries, implementing a PMO for Global Operations and where I had the most impact when I was the data migration manager in Core Banking where I was instrumental in the delivery of Minimum for Master Switch Programme (MMS) as one of the data migration managers. Once this was delivered, I was deployed to Anti Money Laundering (AML) On this I was the lead data migration manager and responsible for its smooth execution. Finally, when we moved Branch accounting Savings accounts onto SAP Banking Services. I assumed more responsibility and owned the solution and interfacing with various teams from IBM, SAP, Deloittes, Testing services and the various teams within Standard bank and I deployed successfully. At this point the bank was introducing agile as delivery Methodology and that is how I got my exposure to Agile. Before working at Standard bank I worked for IT consulting companies Praxis computing and Gijima, I have exposure to being an external/Internal project manager and I am comfortable in building relationships in client environments. When I left the bank, I went into the entrepreneurial space where I went into mining where I core founded a mining company in Zimbabwe, where I worked as its 1st CEO and moved to General Manager based in South Africa and generally ran the procurement for the mine. I am looking to get back to doing what I know and understand best that is roles is project m Programme/Project management/Delivery Manager. I am an executor and not much of a talker.
