I will assist the Business Manager in the management of existing supply contracts, the compiling of tenders for new business and have input into the preparation for annual price negotiations, accurately forecasting the customer requirements for the area and planning the manning and resources for sites to meet variable customer demand and ensure that sufficient stocks of raw materials are on hand. I am able to administer Company industrial relations procedures to all subordinates (staff and payroll) and encourage healthy interpersonal relations and teamwork by ensuring the subordinates are trained to their maximum potential and motivated to provide the required service, both technically and commercially.
