I enjoy working and interacting with people. This helps improve my communication skills which help me better understand human resources and how to best interact with them . I believe in ethics in a sense of always doing things in the right procedure, which respecting the business and it's people. This also helps me to easily adapt to surroundings and act in a manner that showcases value for the business.
