My name is Dinah Mochochoko and I have four year experience in various position in the construction industry that give me the confidence to apply for this job position. I have worked in positions that equipped me in being able to execute various projects. As a junior site agent, I learned the importance of being able to implement H&S regulations, reading drawings, delegating and good communications with labourers and sub-constructors. In my position with ECM I learned how to conceptualize and find feasibility of various projects. Over 20 projects I had to conceptualize, find out how much it would cost, who can do the project and present to the committee if it is a go ahead or not. I learned a lot about working under pressure and plan constantly to make deadlines. That position inspired me to register and study draftsmanship so i can be able to develop, quantify and execute construction projects. I would admit i lack the registration with a board council that is essential for this position. I have not had consistent income to register with the board. Yet i believe that i could be groomed to being an asset for your company. I am a hard worker and a good learner.
