My names Elvis Mushekwi,I'm 29years old.Originally from Zimbabwe but based in south Africa.Ever since I could walk and talk I've wanted to be a chef,ofcourse at the time I had no idea there was such a thing.My grandmother who was a professional pastry chef taught me everything she knew about both worlds and she became my inspiration.I grew to love every stage of food production,from the buying of freshly sourced local goods to the preparation and plating of food I fell deeply in love with it.My passion drives me,I'm highly motivated and always looking to enhance my skills and knowledge,I enjoy solving problems and work well in teams.
