Erika has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set that includes digital strategy/branding awareness/ performance marketing/ search engine marketing/ SEO copywriting/ media buying and planning, social media marketing. While her primary focus is digital, her skillset is balanced by successfully working in cross-media marketing, magazines, direct mail, creative design, and workflow development. Starting her printing and publishing career in the early 90's Erika was soon seconded to work with Xerox in the production Variable Data and Digital division before moving to Dubai, where she began a Relocations business with a colleague. Later selling her share and working for the UK well-known brand Costa Coffee ad their Business Support Manager. Upon returning to South Africa, Erika scooped up by local business as the Digital Sales and Marketing Manager before being sought out by Ren-Form, where she has been for the last 9yrs as their Group Marketing Manager. Erika's desire for knowledge and learning everything about marketing and global standards led her to work with South American Brand Publicize as their Content Marketing Manager – she worked on contact for them for six months before returning to South Africa. She gained extensive knowledge, gained global experience, and quench her thirst for international marketing concepts and standards. She now runs her own Social Media Marketing company and has successfully implemented global measures to promote her customer's brands.
