A hardworking and passionate Masters in Architecture graduate from the University of the Free State. I am an ambitious individual who is adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis. To be comfortable being uncomfortable is what drives me to continuously explore learning opportunities and expand the mediums in which I communicate my ideas. I aspire to help shape the built environment through functional design that is research and process-driven.To achieve this I will continue to learn and immerse myself in the field to create to the best of my ability. The combination of art and science/mathematics is what drew me to architecture. The structure and rules of mathematics combined with the freedom of expression and deeper meaning applied to art is the balance I try to find when designing. This leads to the creation of a safe and meaningful place. Safety for the user with the future of the building and its impact on its surroundings in mind.
