I am passionate about quality management, customer services and people management as I believe that you cannot achieve your srtategic objectives if you do manage these. I am good at streamlining process for optimisation. People are any companies biggest asset and they need to be trained and empowered. I enjoy conducting audits to established whether we are conforming to policy and procedures. This also ensure the corrective measures can be implemented and this also enhanced the circle of continuous improvement. This is the key for reducing waste and increasing profits in a company.
