I’m a well-known person in the Opencast Mining Industry. I have a proven track record; I’ve been employed in the Opencast Sector for more than 30 years. I’m Confident in what I’m employed to do in the Mining Sector and can perform my duties without Directors having to check up on me. I’m consistent in all my decisions and don’t discriminate between race and sex. Every project that I’ve done, I take up personally as my own and can proudly say that they were completed with great success. I have a perfect safety record from the previous sites I worked on, 3 years without a lost time injury. I also achieved an award for the best Surface Operation at Impala for 2 years with an interval of 1 year. I’ve gained great respect from our clients, sub-contractors, fellow employees and directors, and would gladly assist with references if required. I know that I can make a difference on any site, or company as production, management and safety is one of my strongest achievements.
