Later diverting into systems for Intelligent Transportation System and the tolling environment, I have gained extensive experience in high transactional volume financial systems, integration with mutliple banks for different payment methods, multiple layers of auditing systems and frameworks, distributed computing, high availability databases and redundant communications. With more than 24 years of experience in Project Managing multi-disciplinary teams using either PMBOK, Prince II or Agile methodologies depending on the environment, I can design and implement a methodology with relevant procedures which can significantly improve your bottom line, as my team and I demonstrated at previous companies where my methodologies were audited and complemented by ISO9001 auditors.
