I am a matured lady of 45 years of age. I have been in the working industry since 1999. I worked in the forestry industry and community projects for fire awareness and environmental clearing. I started working as a clerk. My interest grew in HR and continued my studies towards HR. I am currently studying HRM Diploma. Through the years I was promoted to being HR Administrator, Payroll Administrator, HR Practitioner, and today I am HR Manager reporting to Managing Director, Financial Director as well as Operational Director. The biggest company I worked for had 1600 employees at a time. My work is nationally, and I travel a lot. I have worked with the best through my profession and have learnt a lot. I feel I can do any other industry since I work well with a team or on my own, and I work enthusiastically. I am currently unemployed as of the 1st of March 2019, reason being the department we are working for does not have enough funds, therefore we are in waiting until they resolve their situation.
