I have completed my qualification in Diploma for Food Technology at the University of Johannesburg. I have obtained my diploma in Public Relations and Communication. I’ve decided to take an adventurous career change to specialise in Food Safety and Quality. I’m strongly passionate about food safety and the safety of the food is critical and of utmost importance to me. Following various food safety related issues such as Listeria found in polony and of the most recent KitKat and McCain issue. I have the abilities to carry out given task of any sort within my specialist fields. I make healthy mental and legal decisions when put in such situations. I up hold my personal and company morals. I work well under pressure and always produce quality work. I’m passionate about the work I produce. My personality is reflected in the outcome of my work. I have a friendly and kind personality. I live by Albert Einsteins’ words “A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new”.
