I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with eighteen years work experience, with extensive management experience in financial services in both London, United Kingdom and Johannesburg, South Africa. My strengths lie in prioritising skills and resources of both my own and my subordinates to meet deliverables and exceed them and mitigating the demands of an ever changing business environment. I am a team player but also work well independently and can hit the ground running. I enjoy analysing and presenting financial information on a detailed level to a business, reporting information as small as the business’s bottom line profit or loss up to higher level reporting on an executive level. I have also gained valuable knowledge and exposure in my London based roles in providing the businesses in the UK as well as their global subsidiaries with strong financial support in terms of reporting quarterly management information and annual statutory accounts, as well as ad hoc projects, i.e. strategic capital planning, strategic forecasts for financial services licence registration and business restructuring.
