I am a highly motivated and progress-focused Graduate who is eager to broaden my analyst skills that would be used in the Investment field. I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development and Management at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2018 as well as obtained my undergraduate Bachelor of Business Science Degree, specializing in Economics and Marketing, in 2015 at Monash University. Although my professional career in Real Estate has not launched as yet, I am certain that the skills I have obtained from my qualifications will help me succeed in any real estate analyst position. During my academic career I studied a wide range of topics that supported my Economics degree at Monash University. My undergraduate degree equipped me with the tools and processes that are involved in a successful analysis. I am able to analyze data, create spreadsheets and generate reports. Furthermore, I have basic knowledge of statistical programs such as EViews and SPSS when performing inferential analyses as well as intermediate knowledge of Excel. Whereas my Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development and Management equipped me with Real Estate Investment skills. I am able to undertake a valuation and feasibility study for a proposed Real Estate Development as well as model and evaluate its proposed cash flows, identify its projected costs and determine the returns of the development project. Having said that, I am progressive minded and try to stay in tune with the industry trends. In my previous role, as a graduate teacher's assistant, I proved that I am effective and collaborative with strong delegation skills. Moreover, I am capable of prioritizing and managing tasks at hand with proficiency.
