Working independently as a Primary Health Care Nurse enhanced my problem solving and decision making capabilities. I have worked in all DUT campus clinics across Durban. I have mastered insertion and removal of the contraceptive implanons. I am able to treat Sexually Transmitted Illnesses. I have been very active in the COVID 19 vaccination programme held at DUT as well as the testing for COVID 19 that the student counselling and health has been managing. It has been a pleasure to have been tasked with the verification of COVID 19 vaccination certificates. I am computer literate which has worked to my advantage where webinars and other online tasks has been involved. I am absolutely certain that if given the opportunity I could continue to be an asset to the institution. I might not have many years of experience behind me but I have a lifetime ahead of me and it would be a pleasure to flourish with your company.
