Dear Sir/madam İ am İvy siphokazi Mxuma, i currently hold an A+ comptia certification, also hold Computer technician certificate from Boston City College. İ had an opportunity of working as a İT assistant at a workshop. Was responsible for fixing and repairing of customer computers. Upgrades according to the costumer requirements. Also Had an oppoturnity to work as an İCT Technician at An NGO TBHİV care. There i was responsible for setting up İCT equipment, troubleshooting. Configuration of router, setting up wireless and wired network. Reporting to the stakeholders about the prograss and challenges faced at the facilities. Training of staff members on the program called Synch which is now used in public and private clinics to prescribe medication for chronic sickneses.
