As a person who prides herself on continually setting and achieving personal and career objectives and goals, I have thus set out a few career objectives, which I will achieve and accomplish over the next few years. The company with which I seek employment should be a diverse, progressive organisation specializing in the development and growth of skills, resources and its workforce. As a person who promotes diversity and celebrates differences, I seek to constantly improve level of expertise and competency of myself and people in general. I am passionate about the development of people and South Africa’s diverse and rich workforce. Thus, my ideal employer should recognize and encourage the development of their employee’s talent and skills. I would describe myself as an individual whom has developed an excellent work ethic and will go the extra mile to achieve any targets and goals. I believe that I possess integrity, loyalty and display service-oriented behavior. The fore mentioned attributes could be beneficial to any organisation or employer. I trust that my experience’s and knowledge gained while working in the field of Human Resources and while completing my degree at the University of Cape Town will assist me in my goal to add value and be a key player in a chosen organistaion . I am both a team player and a natural leader who has honed the ability to determine which role would produce the most favorable outcome in any task or role afforded to me.
