I am a self-motivated self-starter with extensive experience in stakeholder management and am well versed in senior executive management, presentation skills and client engagements. I work well within a team environment and am a firm believer in team growth and development. I spent the majority of the last 25 years in the finance industry and have been focused on various project delivery channels for the last 22 years, this has been spent delivering technology from both ends of the spectrum: IT and business. I have come up through the ranks proceeding through programming, systems analysis & design, project leader, business analysis, tester and Business Intelligence Engineer which has afforded me insights into the technologies used, business ideologies and the complexities of delivering solutions. I have had the privilege of managing implementations in various roles - Project Manager, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, Head of Change and currently am the Head of Delivery, which incorporated all the possible stages and domains applicable to IT and business. Having come from an IT background and transitioning into the business sphere provides me with the insights to liaise confidently between the 2, ensuring common understanding between business need and technology solutioning.
