I worked for The Citizen Newspaper for a period of 14 years during which time I moved from a temp to a permanent employee. I moved through various departments getting an understanding of the company as a whole, which I believe helps you better work with company rather than for a company know the job to do the job. During this time I worked in various roles effectively as part of a team and alone, always establishing good relationships and maintaining open communication lines. I had to work under pressure to meet fine deadlines and to achieve certain targets in the advertising classifieds departments. I have proven to be reliable and committed, often going the extra mile because I was part of the company Iam very eager to learn new tasks and have shown once I have mastered a role I would like to learn more with additional responsibilities. I decided to leave The Citizen as an opportunity presented itself, which was an area I was passionate about, unfortunately this opportunity has bought with it a number of challenges which I am unable to uphold.
