Highlights of achievements in my career: • Raised few hundred million ZAR for an asset management company as co-founder which was successfully sold. • Academic qualifications include Bcom.Chartered accounting, Honours in Cost and Management Accounting, completed RE and RPE stockbroking exams, advanced Excel, Investment banking courses, several trading courses, stockbroker, CIMA Managerial level, etc. and aim to complete CFA • More than 15 years extensive experience in the financial markets • Established an importing business that showed a turnover in excess of 100 million ZAR per annum • Implemented job costing at a FMCG firm as Group Financial Manager and increased bottom-line of firm by 10% across Africa • Received offer for an equity partnership in a licensed Stock Exchange and the opportunity to act on the Board of Directors • Have travelled over 50 countries and have a extensive global network of HNI's, Family Offices, IFA`s and US & EU Broker Dealers and solid understanding of private placements (both US & EU in terms of Reg CF, Reg D, Reg A+), regulations and raising capital. • Most recently appointed as CFO of an International company.
