Receiving clients proof of income such as payslips, bank statements, accountants letter, ITA34 from SARS via email. If the documents are incomplete we email or call for the complete set of the documents. Assessing documents to see if the correct amount was captured on the credit card application, if the amount is incorrect we recapture the application with the correct amount based on the proof of income. If there is any changes on the credit card application we call the client to discuess the new quote or we send the new quote to the client to sign and send it back. Calling client to complete online credit card application. Calling client to remind them we still waiting for additional documents as requested via email. Calling clients to offer additional products that will be linked in with the credit card they applying for. Checking if the clients have any judgments or misconducts under their names, if they have we decline or we refer the application for further investigations. Assessing Clients Identity document, clients Proof of residence to see if it is still valid (KYC). Comparing information from Home Affairs to see if it matches what the client captured on the application. Calling or emailing client for missing documents for example back or front copy of client smart ID or for a valid proof of residence. Updating client information (Data Capturing). Checking for fraudulent cases if we find a fraud case we refer it to the Fraud department for further investigation.
