I am a Pharmacist by Qualification and I have a passion for quality and hence have been in the quality sector since 2012 and have been exposed to the following aspects; Vendor quality monitoring, Internal/External inspections (by FDA, MCAZ. PPB, SAHPRA, UGANDA), Quality Management systems (Deviations, Incidents, Change Control, CAPA), APQR, Customer complaints, Validation (Packing, Process, Equipment & Cleaning), Master document control, OOS, Data integrity Principles, Project management. I believe in doing things right the first time, waste of resources or lack of efficiency can be costly. There must be balance between cost, time and quality for the Quality management Systems to be deemed effective. I am a self motivated person, who can function well in a team as we are all working towards one purpose. People are an integral part of ensuring success. I hope to bring my knowledge, understanding and experience to a company seeking improvements and innovation.
