Ensuring that all scanned invoices are paid and unpack the packed ones. Reconciling suppliers accounts. Pushing supplier’s payment on Shared Services. Solving supplier’s queries and advising them on what they can do so that their accounts can be settled on time. I Accomplished 97% of cash flow target every month. Also prioritized for higher level management reports and send feedback on time I am accurate and i pay attention to details. I also have strong organization skills and able to work with a team. I have good people and leadership skills. I compile and handle documents and records also upload them on SAP. I Publish or archive even cancelling them whenever the need arises on system. I am good in data capturing and filing documents. Also, I had also been the store man assistant and weighbridge clerk. I am fully computer literate. I am able to work under pressure, long hours, weekends or even holidays whenever necessary. I can read, write and communicate in English. I am the fast learner and still willing to learner.
