I completed my Masters in Education (M.Ed) at the University of Stellenbosch in 1993. I am fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans). I am a trained and skilled facilitator, mentor, assessor and moderator and have recently completed a unit-standards based programme in Design and Develop Learning Material, based on 4 unit standards (NQF levels 5 and 6) (accreditation pending). I present and facilitate a variety of workshops on Educational Leadership and Management for school leaders and managers where required. I have been engaged in the development and mentoring of educational leadership and management through mentoring and monitoring of Work-based Projects in Khayelitsha since 2010. I have authored a variety of textbooks/study guides for TVET/FET environment (Communication, Human Resource Management, and Education). I have a thorough and in-depth understanding of the educational, training and development landscape in South Africa - from Basic Education to Higher Education.
