Through my experiences, I have been able to develop 5 major skills: 1. Operation skills: on daily basis am following operations: excavation, surface drilling, quarrying, exploration, load and haul, and peripheral activities including support services and supplying parts. Operation skills are part of MY DNA since am young, with always matured collaboration with operation and customers (to understand what they need and how to supply them). 2. Results oriented: I manage the results produced by my team. Ensuring the integrity and reliability of the financial informations and statements intended for the Group and local authorities. Drafting, presenting and following plan and forecast. Analizing KPIs, ratios, cash, banks, sales, revenue, costs, EBITDA, net income, net margin, on daily, weekly, or monthly basis. I participate actively to develop the growth of the company. 3. Advocating areas for improvement and development, am source of ideas and drive opportunities to develop operations, maximise revenue, creating value added, growth improvement. Cost killer and cost controller, I participate activaly to identify, optimize cost savings and efficiency gains. I put on place with approval Top Management operating policies and procedures. 4. Managerial skills, I bring a vision, the meaning, I carry it with me. I know how to highlight my team, find the drivers in each of them, also move paradigms by putting them at risk. For me, being a good manager means making my team intelligent, putting them in the spotlight, allowing them to progress. Today, I currently lead a team in direct of 40 people (expatriates and nationals). 5. Last skill, participating in management and decision-making, I am recognized in the missions entrusted to me. I listen, I take a step back, I go to the essentials and bring real added value to set the strategy in music.
