I have gained 11 years of progressively more experience from a different of International NGO’s focusing on Finance, Grants and Administrative. In my recent post I worked as Accounts Coordinator, I have been directly responsible for Financial Management of the organization, Reconciling all 34 multi currencies Banks and Credit Cards Accounts. Ensuring that all the Debtors Accounts or Advance Accounts are fully reconciled and captured on the Financial System (QuickBooks). I also invented and implemented a multi currencies on QuickBooks Financial System, ensuring that all the other countries reporting to SADC Region are start using the multi-currency system to comply with the Audit requirements for each Country. I was also responsible on preparing monthly Payroll for South African Region and preparing Payroll Journals for other countries that are reporting to South African Region likes; Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Uganda, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, and Nigeria. Ensuring the withholding tax for other countries are accurate all the time. Submitting the VAT201 and EMP201 on monthly basis to South African Revenue Service. Part of my duties I was also responsible on capturing all the transactions on financial system and reconciling Balance sheet accounts on Trial Balance.
