I truly enjoy the work I do.IT is a fast paced, ever growing environment and I enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new skills. In the last couple of years I was given lots of freedom to employ my own strategies and technologies. The team is very small so I had to give direction to manage and build new processes to take the company forward. I have worked in larger corporate environments where work had to be managed individually as well as part of the bigger team. I’m a great team player and can give direction to teams on a technical level. Something that I am very proud of currently is the web portal that I built from scratch using new technologies(Java/ JSP) that I did not have much experience in before. The portal has since grown to replace every legacy process and we have managed to increase productivity. I have travelled to the UK and Australia in the past to share knowledge with colleagues.
