I hold a Master's degree in Sociology obtained from the University of Zululand in 1995. I have experience in managing various projects ranging from community development and research. I have experience in stakeholder relations management of the coal mining. I also have an experience in SMME development, training and assessment. I'm an accredited assessor by ETDP SETA
