My name is Lindelwa Radebe, a young black female with a deep dedication to technology and innovation. I have 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, and I want to use the skills, the experience, and the knowledge that I have attained over the years to add value to client projects as well as to continuously enhance my growth as an IT professional. I studied at the University of Pretoria, where I completed a BCom Informatics degree. I then completed a Microsoft SQL Server Administration course as part of an internship program. I then went on to complete my Diploma in Business Analysis with the Faculty Training Institute. I then did the Lean Six Sigma White Belt, and I have lastly just completed the Fundamentals of Business Renewal course at the University of Pretoria. My work experience includes nine years at Investec, within the Wealth and Investment division as a Business Analyst where I looked after the Portfolio Management pillar of the division. My role majorly entailed understanding the business requirements of the business and thereafter to provide technical solutions in the form of an information system which would efficiently fulfil all day-to-day business activities of the Investment Managers. I then moved to SoluGrowth (Pty) Ltd; a business process outsourcing company where I spent 3 years, as the Senior Manager in charge of Business Process Re-engineering. I led a team of Business Analysts and Business Process Engineers. My role entailed the implementation of Business Transformation projects. I also have experience as a Project Manager, where I have project managed the implementation of improved processes and automation solutions within a business. After having worked in corporate for many years, I have taken the decision to branch out of employment, and become an independent Senior Business Analysis consultant, where I have worked as a Senior Business Analyst to develop an Invoice Management System for FASSET, built an /e-Learning System for Luphindi Business Solutions and lastly an integrated Customer Service Management solution for the City of Johannesburg.
