I have completed a National Diploma in Building (Quantity Surveying and Construction Management) at Mangosuthu University of Technology seeking for a position as a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager or General Foreman ( Project execution/ Finishings). I have three (3) years and six (6) months experience in the construction industry as Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management (Foreman) and General worker. During my course I have highly developed my skills in problem identification and implementation of effective solutions and presenting myself in a professional manner. I am an energetic, self motivated individual with a passion for the construction industry. With an stern determination and will to succeed in all I endeavor to do. A strong team player, I bring professionalism, loyalty, honesty, commitment, and strong work ethic to an organisation. Grounded by my moral values, ethics is of great importance to me. A fast learner, I am quick to grasp the business models of an organisation and will walk the extra mile to uphold and the achieve the business strategies, values and objectives of the business. I try to learn something new from every experience because I believe there is always a room for self improvement both personally and professionally.
