I am currently a LLB graduate at the University of Western Cape and currently doing my Practical Legal Training with Law Society of South Africa at the University of Cape Town. I believe that my skills and knowledge that I have acquired in my academic studies, enables me to be a suitable candidate for the vacancy. From a young age I have always been enthusiastic to pursue a Law degree however during my academic studies I have developed an immense passion for corporate and commercial. In addition Law affects our lives every day in different aspects and it is one of the most widely recognized professions hence I am passionate about the profession and practicing at your law firm. Growing up in a diverse society, I would be enlightened to be part of a company that embraces the spirit of diversity and transformation. It would be a pleasure to be in a workplace that ensures that aspiring students are trained, mentored and professionally supported. Furthermore it would be luxuriating to be an employee in a firm that is passionate about creativity, excellence and client service. Throughout my term of being a student leader and a mentor, I have developed the importance of team dynamics and being able to work with a team effectively. In addition I was part of the Reslife House Committee programme as a chairperson and I developed in managing events and coping under stress. Through this programme I have developed event management and facilitation skills. Furthermore, I was involved in extramural activities at the University and I have ensured that my academic results are exceptional, which is where my time management skills have been enhanced. Since doing my Practical Legal Training, I have gained much knowledge in terms of the law and became confident in my drafting skills. I am confident that my work ethics and skills would make me a valuable asset to your company.
