I hope this cover letter finds you well sir/mam. I am writing this to introduce myself as an applicant for your culinary position with an establishment that offers opportunities for advancement. My credentials include an associate diploma in culinary arts, I obtained my diploma at blue ribbon culinary school\studios. I know how to prepare meals well in accordance and in specifications of instructions. I completed my diploma in culinary arts, food preparation, food and beverage, house-keeping, baking also in food and safety so I can learn how the proper procedures go to keep the kitchen area clean and sanitized and also to know how to perform all other duties in the kitchen in a way that complies with the establishments procedures and kitchen health codes. My personal abilities include good communication skills along with the ability to follow directions and to stay focused on the job in this fast paced and often hectic work environment.
