I am Luzuko Ndzuta and currently holding an LLB degree. I recognise myself as a self starter that prefers starting a project and finishing it off. I consider myself to be an independent employee with no issues of working within a team, due to my ease of communication with other employees. During my two year period of articles I developed and harnessed the skill of attention to detail; when handling challenging tasks. I am inquisitive by nature entailing, I attempt up-skilling myself in which ever manner possible and my further interest in modern technology and its development, has caused me to undertake online courses on interesting business areas and within the IT realm. I place thought into decisions that I embark on, I am not one to take haste decisions. I am an innovator and my beliefs are that business systems must continuously develop, to accommodate societal trends, because the market continuously evolves. Business fundamentals are my key drivers, understanding the operations of a business before understanding your own department is vital, because you will not understand the importance of your position, for the greater organization. As an employee I need to be inquisitive of the company's operations and hardworking towards ensuring its success. Honesty for me is imperative especially when working with clients. People should constantly feel that the business prioritizes them and their issues. My beliefs are that a company's brand and reputation is its backbone, clients should not be backed into a corner where trust in the organization decays. Where a need arises for group problem solving, I have gained the abilities of working well with others in groups towards formulating solutions. I consider myself to be reasonable and understanding. I further tend to place myself in the position of others in order to understand their thought processes. My entrepreneurial skills and experiences will be an asset, because of my understanding regarding the importance of being an independent thinker, leader and team player in the working environment. Although excluded in my CV I was employed at Ndzuta Transport Services where I assisted the business owner in formulating an additional service for its clients, such service was in order to diversify the service line, to generate additional profits. I would like to consider myself as value driven, entailing an organization should remunerate me, based on the value I bring to it.
