I am currently a registered student at the University of the Western Cape doing a B.admin digree. I have vast and experience in customer service from the world's most customer centric company (Amazon.com) from 2014 untill 2017. Additional to working at amazon.com I have also acquired some customer service experience in the travel industry working for British Airways change booking through Capita as well as hospitality experience through Bidvest Prestige Events in Johannesburg from March 2017 to November the same year. I am looking for any part-time opportunities in the customer service or the hospitality industry as I am currently a full-time student.
