I hold a National Diploma in Town and Regional Planning and I am currently pursuing my B:Tech with 5 years’ experience and I believe I have the right attitude, mind-set, experience and skills required for the advertised position. I also believe that I am the best candidate for this position. Below are highlights of some of my experience relating to the advertised position: Contributing to my knowledge, I have experience in aspects pertaining to Municipal land use management, land development applications, land acquisitions and property developments. I was actively involved in the site acquisition of Middleburg extension 42. In my previous position at Metroplan Town Planners, I was tasked to compile land use applications such consent for liquor sales and the process to obtaining liquor licenses in the township and to date I have successfully assisted 15 clients and some on their home properties, I was also actively involved in the township establishments, rezoning, subdivision, consolidations, sectional titles etc. Some of my responsibilities included, consulting with Municipalities with regards to policy and requirements for approval from land use management and property investigations, bid proposals, due diligence reports, preparation of invoices and the designing of plans and maps for submission to various Municipalities. I am a hard-worker and a great team player. I am talented, ambitious and passionate individual. My competencies includes, but not limited to good communication skills, integrity, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and more significantly attention to details. I take accountability in my work, I have good conflict management skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
