Makanyane Mothupi is the Founder and Executive Director of Nkanyis Holdings operating as RM Institute . He carries with him, 8 years uninterrupted experience as Head of Training and Development, within the Human Resource Development component in different mining companies in commodities such as Coal and Iron Ore. Prior to joining the Corporate sector, he was the Head of Corporate Services for the Level 1 District Hospital for a period of 5 years, responsible for all HR functionaries and Logistical support services (Transport, Laundry and Catering services).He is an HRM Graduates from Witwatersrand Technikon, and went for further development at UNISA to complete a B Tech Degree in Human Resources Management. He later in his career enrolled with the University of Pretoria to study and complete two Programmes in Project Management (PPM), and Management Development Programme (MDP). He completed a programme in Management Advance Programme (MAP) at the Wits Business School where he was awarded an accolades for been the 3rd best student. He worked different projects and took lead in several projects during his career such as building of a new Thabazimbi District Hospital and was delegated as the site project manager. And at Kumba Iron Ore mine he was the Project Lead Manager for the implementation of a Mining Training Simulations project and also getting the full MQA Accreditation as a training provider for the Business Unit. During the period of enlightenment and awaken at Wits Business School (WBS), he took the opportunity to venture into entrepreneurship and established Nkanyis Holdings, a company that is 100% compliant with BEE policies.
