Makhosazana’s career span over decades from the South African Blue Companies: - retail, telecommunications, energy sector, self-employed, financial industry and currently consulting in the property sector. Makhosazana rose through the ranks from being receptionist, advertising coordinator, events & sponsorship coordinator, marketing coordinator , brand manager , sponsorship manager , marketing manager and lastly as a marketing specialist for 9 years in the financial industry. Had an opportunity of managing a marketing team with centralized budget as well as extensive travelling. In 2019 I retired and immediately joined the property sector as a commercial & industrial property practitioner consultant. I possess a wealth of corporate experience, skills and adapts to business environment easily. Management of business processes, upholding integrity and confidentiality with the company’s information. Having come through the junior management ranks of Eskom I eventually was appointed the Marketing Manager of the residential sector team. Within this portfolio there was advertising & communications, events & sponsorship, research and the marketing budget. I was the founder and managing owner of a Litho Printing and Marketing Services Company for almost 9 years. I was responsible to grow the company, creating and increasing customer database. Managing the company budget, payroll of seven employees, operational budget and assets. In 2012 I was headhunted by First National Bank as a vendor management manager. After a few months having joined, the bank underwent a restructuring process and the portfolio became redundant. I was then moved to marketing as a sector marketing specialist until retirement 2019. Makhosazana has over the years built a respectable reputation and nurtured an extensive network in the business industry.
