good day How great is the chef/ manager you about to employ?  Is it all about appearance of cv and experience or is it about actually producing the dishes designing the menus and keeping these to a minimal cost so you can maximise at profitable value for your new business. well if this is your objective, i have the vast experience at producing these results within the given budget  "you design the budget i will design the menu . Cost and controls menu planning and  training staff are my stregnths,  so what are my weaknesses?  not many but mainly incompetent staff that are not properly trained and dont know anything as they havent been given the oppurtunity to further there skills. So to avoid this let me train them to standard that is fit for there employment  so my weakness is not so exposed . If you require a honest reliable trustworthy team player chef that is always willing to go that extra mile and works well in a team or independently      then dont hesitate look at my cv and give me a call at your earliest convenience.
