I am an individual that focuses on working smartly, ready and willing to be part of an existing team and yet I am capable of working on my own and deliver undertight deadlines. I have an open mind with regard to learning new technology to improve my current skills( computer literacy with Power point, excel, internet research, Microsof word and processing of documents. Teamwork, Manage Resources, Confidentiality, Ability on Drafting reports, presentation through power point and excel as well, understanding of Department policies and procedures. Understanding protocol in a working environment, Ability to multitask and attaining objectives through teamwork ,Communication skills as well time management. Ethical skill, knowledge on public laws, policies and regulations as well undestanding of Batho Pele principles and how they should be handled and ability to interpret legislation for public enterprise. Cultural awareness/ interact with diverse cultures and easily adapt to organization culture. knowledge of the competencies of government at all spheres ) which will enhance my delivery and also add value to an organisation.
