I am a Bcom graduate I have attained my degree with 17 distinctions. I am very smart, creative and very eager to learn. Being versatile and open are some of the traits that shed the light on my sparkling personality. I have excellent verbal and written commumication and language skills. My organizational communication skills have also improved from studying organizational communication to applying all that in real life at work. My experience has also greatly improved! From being just a sales consultant for Stock Market Dynamics where I improved a lot on my presentation and public speaking skills, verbal commumication and client relations, To working for MaxLaw Wilgers as a Telesales Agent where I learned and improved a lot on my telephone etiquette, being patient, being able to work well under pressure, improve at cold calling, learn more about debt counselling and debt collection, learn more about consumer rights and customer services. To working for Zuba Plus where my duties include but are not limited to: working at customer care, basic admin, telesales, client relations, selling phones and other electronic gadgets, sending emails to client and doing after sales care. I am now the Top Consultant with the most sales in the company. I am now a Specialist Consultant and I am very excellent at my job.
