I am a 28 years old male graduate with a National Diploma in Information Technology - Communication Networks from Walter Sisulu University in Eastern Cape. I also hold a CompTIA N+ certificate that I obtained during my training at Gijima in Midrand Gauteng. I am applying for the IT Assistant vacancy with the will of showcasing my skills as a Technician and also to help expand my technical skills and to grow, growth which comes when you meet new challenges. I believe that I’m the perfect candidate for the job, I have the will to learn, detail oriented, excellent communication skills I’ve obtained when communicating with users as I’m currently part of the Desktop Support team where I have to talk the users through when I’m assisting them, resolving their technical issues and teaching them on how to use new technologies.
